Our Approach
Emotionally Focused Therapy
EFT is an attachment-based approach developed by Dr. Sue Johnson with a 70–73% success rate for clients who complete the process. Unlike approaches focused on communication skills or conflict resolution, EFT goes deeper, reaching the emotional patterns and unmet attachment needs driving disconnection.
EFT has four decades of research behind it and is recognized as one of the few empirically validated forms of therapy, serving couples, families, and individuals. In practice this means slowing down conflict, identifying the feelings beneath our behavior, and building new patterns of safety, trust, and connection.
